Ageing stock goes unseen
Lots sit 90 to 180+ days, tying up cash that never shows up as a problem until the year-end count.
AI-powered steel intelligence layered on the ERP you already run. Your system of record stays exactly where it is — we add the judgement it was never built to give you.
Reads the ERP you already run
Four places where steel traders quietly lose money that the system of record cannot see for them.
Lots sit 90 to 180+ days, tying up cash that never shows up as a problem until the year-end count.
Freight, cost and discount creep surface after the deal is already booked and invoiced.
On-time delivery slips from 94% to 81% across a year and no alert is ever raised.
Missing supplier data means default values are applied — and a higher bill than you actually owe.
Nothing is ripped out. Your ERP stays the system of record; myMetalyx reads it, normalises it and gives it judgement.
Your ERP
myMetalyx Intelligence
Grades, heats, lots, landed cost and CBAM — normalised across every source you connect.
Calculated first by your business rules, explained by AI, approved by your team.
Approved actions flow back into your ERP — only ever when a human signs them off.
What you get
Not mock-ups. These are real screens running on the myMetalyx demo data set — the same ones you will see in your session.
Booked margin against true landed cost, with one-click fixes on every sub-target order before you confirm it.

Live screen from the myMetalyx demo tenant
Ageing buckets, dead stock and holding cost, ranked by the cash each one is sitting on and ready to act against.

Live screen from the myMetalyx demo tenant
Price, delivery and quality conformance scored for every mill, with alerts the moment a trend breaks your threshold.

Live screen from the myMetalyx demo tenant
True contribution per account after freight, finance and discount — not a revenue ranking that flatters the wrong names.

Live screen from the myMetalyx demo tenant
Emissions, liability and data gaps broken down by supplier and country of origin, with every missing certificate listed.

Live screen from the myMetalyx demo tenant
The spec is extracted, matched to live stock and priced at true landed cost. The AI reads the request; the rules engine prices it. Never an invented price.

Every answer is calculated from your own ERP records and links back to the rows behind it. Ask it anything you would ask an analyst.

Mill certificate, chemistry, carbon intensity and warehouse in one QR-ready record your customer can verify.

Real situations on a steel trading desk — what they cost you today, and what changes once the intelligence layer is reading the same data.
Exports pulled into spreadsheets over two days. Ageing is known roughly; dead stock only becomes real at the year-end count.
Ageing buckets ranked by trapped cash, liquidation targets flagged, holding drag priced at your own cost of capital.
€5.30M of dead stock prioritised in minutes
Forty enquiries land by email. Each one needs a stock check, a cost lookup and manual margin maths. The slow replies lose.
The spec is parsed from the email, matched to live stock and priced at true landed cost with the margin guard already applied.
Quote drafted in 1.8 seconds, always on target
Certificates chased supplier by supplier over email. Whatever is missing by the deadline gets a default value — and a higher bill.
Exposure and liability calculated by supplier and country, with every data gap listed and chaseable weeks before filing.
€85.6K liability evidenced, no default values
Delivery reliability drifts down over three quarters. Nobody notices until a customer complains about a late shipment.
Price, delivery and quality conformance scored per mill, with an alert the moment rejection rates cross your limit.
€291.9K of defect drag quantified for claims
Accounts are ranked by revenue. The biggest name in the book may be the least profitable once freight and discounts are counted.
True contribution per account, with every breach of your discount ceiling flagged before you walk into the room.
6 over-discounted accounts caught pre-negotiation
An analyst spends half a day building the pack. The one question somebody asks in the room cannot be answered until Thursday.
Ask it in plain language during the meeting. The answer is calculated from your ERP rows and links straight back to them.
Answers in the meeting, traceable to the record
Every capability reads the same data model — which is why the numbers always agree with each other.
Every number on every screen traces back to the record it came from.
Figures come from your business rules. The AI explains them — it never invents them.
Every insight links back to the original ERP record sitting behind it.
AI recommends. Your team approves before anything is written back.
Tenant isolation, encryption, role-based access and a full audit trail.
Your data is hosted in the EU and is never used to train AI models.

Week 3–10Lock the 35% founding price for 36 months. Ten slots only, then the programme closes.
On signatureNo. That is the whole point. Your ERP stays the system of record and keeps running exactly as it does today. myMetalyx reads from it, normalises the data into a steel-specific model and adds the analysis layer on top. Write-back is optional and never happens without a human approving it.
A standard connector onboarding runs two to six weeks depending on data quality and how many companies you consolidate. The 60-day Proof of Value is designed so you are looking at your own numbers inside the first month.
We build the connector. Under the founding customer programme that build is free. We have integrated SAP, Business Central, Steel365, M-Soft and a number of in-house systems, plus flat-file and database ingestion for anything older.
No, and this is deliberate. Every figure is calculated by a deterministic rules engine against your data first. The language model's job is to explain and narrate those figures, and to parse incoming documents — never to produce a price or a margin. Every output links back to the source record.
Hosted in the EU with tenant isolation, encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access and a full audit trail. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or anybody else's. Enterprise customers can have a dedicated environment.
